Take this relaxing and multi level class to chip away at tension and increase your ability to settle down in the present moment. This class focuses on basic yoga postures, primarily in seated or supine positions and will go over a few bits of basic anatomy during. Many of the postures are held for increased periods of time (2-4 minutes) in a light-hearted, yet meditative manner. As we hold poses longer we facilitate breath work and promote exploration of the body/mind connection. Modifications and variations of postures will always be offered to ensure your needs and movement desires are met. Strap, blocks, or a beach towel recommended, but are not necessary.

Give your body and mind a time of rejuvenation and relaxation. Join Brittney in Light Yoga and Mediation where time is spent calming our mind, grounding our energy and releasing our stress. The first 30 minutes of class will be dedicated to a lighter side of yoga where we hold restorative poses and connect body to breath. Flowing into the last half of class, we will find our resting pose and discover ourselves deeper through a guided meditation.

Join Adri and Nate in this fun yoga-strength fusion class. Adri will guide you in a fun-filled yoga strength flow where you move in and out of yoga poses with elements of free flowing movements as your transitions. This class invites freedom of expression; you are given the base pose and from here you move or hold freely to the music. Nate will be live djing so you always have a beat to guide and uplift your movements.

This class is great for curious beginners building a practice for the first time, and for seasoned practitioners who want a refresher on the basics. This class is designed to help you create a strong foundation for your practice, both physically and mentally, by introducing you to fundamental yoga poses. Each pose will be slowly broken down and explained and then connected with breath and movement. Join Carla to increase flexibility, build strength, relax, reset, and promote balance in the body and the mind.

Join Alfred in this unique high energy flow class that combines vinyasa yoga with strength training and aerobic exercise. Feel empowered by using your own body weight to build strength and break through barriers. We will work through all areas of the body using deep yogic stretches and strength training exercises of varying intensities. This class is open to all levels as variations are always given to accommodate each individual student. All you need to bring to class is you, your mat, and your energy. Let’s get moving!

This class is intermediate, although all are invited to this class as modifications will be given to find what feels right for you in each moment. You will learn to connect breath and movement in a way that will cultivate relaxation and mindfulness. Join Carla in this Hatha Flow so you can find both calmness and strength on and off your mat.
