We are excited to welcome you to our next circle! Join us as we will gather to learn about the important topic of mental health and explore how art, yoga, and writing can serve as effective tools for promoting our overall well-being. Dragonfly Blue Feather will be leading this circle with special guest El Mundo Paz. Through open and respectful conversation, we will share our knowledge and insights, ask questions, and learn from one another about the many ways in which these practices can positively impact our mental health. Whether you are new to these practices or have been using them for years, this circle is a safe and supportive place for all to come together and learn. This circle is open to everyone and all are welcomed, so please, join us as we embark on this journey toward greater health, happiness, and self-discovery.

- Bring a special object to place in the altar (stones, essential oils, etc)

Micheal is back with another Sound Bath experience for you to immerse yourself into a meditative state of wellbeing and relaxation.
During the Sound Bath, you'll lie down comfortably while Michael plays a variety of instruments, such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, to create a rich tapestry of sound. The sound waves wash over you, creating a sense of calm and tranquility that can help to alleviate stress, anxiety, and tension.
This will be a full body experience beginning with breath-work to balance the energies of the body and sound instruments creating healing frequencies to release blockages in the body.
