Karalee Ensign
Karalee is a 200 hour RYT with a trauma-sensitive yoga certification. She is a Scorpio sun, Gemini moon, and unofficial “medicine woman” is passionate about healing others and bringing people together. When she is not teaching, she is planning events – large and small!

Theresa O'Malley
I am a Physical Therapist Assistant and a Yoga Instructor with a 20-year personal practice. My experience as a PTA influences my yoga teaching styles and vice versa. I love peppering my classes with anatomy snippets, while keeping it light-hearted and certainly with no quizzes. I welcome getting to know my students and their personal goals, so I can help them as best as I can.

Chelsea Cano
Chelsea Cano is a dancer and yoga nut originally from Los Angeles, now based in Riverside, California. Growing up a dancer, now an instructor, Chelsea began her journey with yoga and movement by taking classes in high school. Noticing the positive changes in her strength and well being, Chelsea fell in love with wellness, and now teaches Acro yoga, Restore, Power and Meditation. She is now teaching full time, dedicated to bringing her energy and love of art, breath and movement to heal.

Jessica Donahue
Jessica Donahue is a thirty year old, old soul who considers herself a heartist. She has been instructing yoga since 2018. Jessica’s background is rooted in dance and creative movement, choreography, community event coordinating, theatre and yoga. She is a Jersey Girl and has lived on the both the east and west coasts including New York City and Los Angeles. She enjoys writing, photography (especially flowers), gardening and making jewelry, sustainable offerings and essential oils.

Brittney Reese
Hello! My name is Brittney Reese; also known as Official Moon Goddess. I was born in California but spent most of my life growing up in Tampa, FL. I moved back to California when I made the decision that I needed to heal.

Vanessa Engelbert
Vanessa Engelbert grew up taking and teaching dance lessons. Vanessa continued her study of movement in college where she studied dance and became a fitness teacher. This is where she discovered and fell in love with the healing medicine of yoga. Vanessa has since become certified in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga styles as well as breathwork and meditation. Vanessa is a registered yoga teacher with the Yoga Alliance.

Endrina Salas
Hello, my name is Endrina. I was born and raised in Venezuela. I am a human being wanting to experience all the wonders of this planet. I have had to go within myself, see all my darkness, and replace the bad that was weighing on me with new and empowered ways of thinking. I am still learning from this process called life.

Alfred Duenas
At the beginning of 2020, Alfred traveled to Perú and completed his 200 hour teacher training with Akumar Tantra, Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga. Prior to obtaining his teacher training, Alfred dedicated himself to developing his own personal practice as a student.

Chantielle Harris
Chantielle fell in love with creative movement at a very young age. She was always a free spirit and this was shown through her dancing at the young of 4. Her love for dance developed into her teaching dance to others at the early age of 16.

Carla Henson
Carla Henson holds a huge passion for sharing her love of yoga, which has helped guide her and others on a path towards self-acceptance and a balanced life-style.

Lara Fox
Hi! I'm Lara Fox and I teach yoga for mental illness. I personally have struggled with mental illness throughout my life, having been in therapy and on medication for years. At times I feel that it helped, but there was still something missing... joy. I was able to maintain and slog through my days, but I wasn't ever complete.

Adri Davidek
I'm Adri and I'm the founder of Rouse Yoga. My journey started about 5 years ago when I was first introduced to yoga by my brother. It didn't take long for yoga to be an integral and important part of my life.
