Ashtanga is an intense form of yoga designed to sync breath and movement. Unlike a flow based class, you are provided a set series of poses to find rhythm and consistency within your practice. As we engage with our poses we maintain and hold longer to accomplish a deeper release in each stretch. This structured class design is a beautiful way for you to observe ad appreciate your progress as the amazing yogi you are.
