Yin Yoga w/ Reiki

Yin yoga w/ Reiki is a restorative and sensitizing flow where one can work completely at their own pace. This is a practice great for alleviating back and muscle pain. The slower pace of the class accomplishes deep tissue release. While students are engaged in their restorative practice, reiki will be offered by Hannah as an option for students who want to invite this into their practice.

This is a deep stretch and sound healing combination class designed to help us relax and release tension. Ashtanga is an intense form of yoga designed to sync breath and movement. Unlike a flow based class, you are provided a set series of poses to find rhythm and consistency within your practice. As we engage with our poses we maintain and hold longer to accomplish a deeper release in each stretch. This structured class design is a beautiful way for you to observe ad appreciate your progress as the amazing yogi you are@.

As we join together as a collective engaging in our practice we will channel mama gaia (mother earth) to feel powerful, bright and most important loved.
