Rise and Shine is a vinyasa flow class inviting your body to move first thing in the morning. You will be guided through dynamic movements, cardio exercises and yoga poses to keep the body active. This class encourages you test your endurance and build a strong foundation with your practice. Room will be set at temperature between 80-85 degrees.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice where you can work completely at your own pace. Enjoy a restorative and sensitizing flow with techniques for alleviating back and muscle pain. The slower pace of the class accomplishes deep tissue release allowing the body to find ease and relaxation.
